FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular, to pediatrics and ultrasonic examination of thymus. In order to estimate vaccinal activity of thymus instrumental examination of thymus is performed. Mass of thymus is determined before vaccination of child with ADPT and 7 days after it by means of ultrasonic examination. 30-50% increase of thymus mass in comparison with the initial value is considered efficient normergic vaccination. If thymus mass does not increase or its increase is lower than 30%, vaccination is considered inefficient, an- or hypoergic. If thymus mass increases by more than 50%, vaccination is considered to be efficient hyperergic with complications.
EFFECT: method increase accuracy of estimation of thymus response to ADPT vaccination due to ultrasonic examination of thymus dimensions.
