FIELD: life saving equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for transporting people from buildings in case of fire and for their salvation in mine opening. The device comprises a housing, a flexible load-carrier made in the form of a flexible steel tape placed on the drum. In the housing the pins are located between which the load-carrier moves, as well as a rail with rods allowing to adjust the speed of descent of load by weight, on which the openings for the carbine mounting corresponding to weight of load are made, and the carbine is coupled with the load, and the hand brake for braking additional weight.
EFFECT: device provides a constant moving speed and high safety.
