SUBSTANCE: method for lining external and internal walls, floor and ceilings, includes installation of embedded elements in manufacturing of wall panels and ceiling boards in the form of tubular embedded elements, by means of which wires of wall, floor and ceiling frames are mounted, frames are filled with facing tiles, facing tiles are covered with heat-insulating, soundproof, parquet or decorative cover tiles in compliance with the selected relief and the pattern, gaps between tiles are sealed by mutual collapsing of ceiling tiles, the space is sealed in layers between the wall or the ceiling or the floor and facing tiles by means of an easily dismountable hardening filler. If it is required to replace the cover tiles or the facing tiles, they are removed from a frame or a dovetail fixture and are replaced with new ones.
