Proposed method comprises furnishing forms with appliances to be filled by concrete to harden thereon thus producing grooves for dovetail joints. Proposed device comprises forms to cast large-block panels for external, internal walls and floors provided with appliances intended for making grooves for dovetail joints to receive ledges of said joints. Said panels are coated by weather protection, raised, decorative, heat-insulation, sound-insulation, linoleum, and glased tiles.
