FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: proposed furnace has cylindrical steel body with lined inside provided with support sections arranged over its length and equipped with thrust rings, span sections arranged between thrust sections with wall thinner than that of thrust section, and two sections to make furnace end. Section making elevated furnace loading end is communicated via gas ducts with cyclones built in gas discharge circuit, electric filters, smoke sucker and draft stack. Note here that said loading section and, at least, adjacent span section are provided with heat-insulation layer arranged above section steel wall outer surface. Heat-insulation layer thickness decreases as it goes off loading end.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and antirust protection.
