SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopedic dentistry, and is intended for production of temporary stationary prosthesis. Impression by alginate impression mass is made. Casting of work model from gypsum is carried out. Dental bridge prosthesis is modeled from wax. Impression by silicone impression mass from work model is made. Bearing teeth are prepared. First 1.0-1.5 mm thick layer of cold polymerisation plastic is introduced onto the bottom of impression in the area of masticatory surface of future dental bridge prosthesis, tape from polyethylene is laid above it, second portion of plastic is introduced until necessary volume. Impression is put on dentition. Impression is extracted from oral cavity after material polymerisation. Temporary dental bridge prosthesis is extracted from impression. Grinding, polishing and fixation of temporary dental bridge prosthesis in patient's oral cavity is carried out.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase durability of temporary dental bridges prosthesis by integration of fixing fibre from polyethylene with cold polymerisations plastic.
