SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and veterinary science, particularly transplantology. A donor trachea is used to make a tracheal matrix for the purpose of allogeneic transplantation. A tracheal sample is mechanically cleaned from fatty and connective tissues, washed in distilled water, incubated for 14-21 days in 5% NaClO4 renewed every 72 hours, washed in physiologic saline.

EFFECT: method provides making the sterile tracheal matrix for the purpose of allogeneic transplantation in a relatively short time, herewith terms with preserving a tracheal macrostructure and elasticity and reducing immunogenicity.
