FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: baked product with average chemical composition in oxides expressed in weight percents: 60%<ZrO2+HfO2<75%; 27%<SiO2<34%; 0<TiO2<1.5; 0<Y2O3<3.5%; 0.1%<Nb2O5+Ta2O5<5%; and other oxides: <1%, in tote 100%, is produced from initial charge containing more than 75 wt % of zircon. Raw materials are mixed in the form of an initial charge, a block is formed, at least one of dimensions of which is more than 100 mm, and is baked to sintering.
EFFECT: improved resistance to creepage of a heat resistant product on the basis of zircon and its increased density.
