FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: valve comprises body with inlet and outlet branch pipes, ball rotary gate with through bore and manual drive with turn limiters. Ball rotary gate accommodates eight restricting elements arranged regularly along edges of through bore. Said elements feature isosceles triangle cross-section perpendicular to through bore axis with 90°-vertex facing said axis. Four of said elements are fixed. Other four elements are arranged there between to move in aligned channels toward axis of through bore while amount of displacement equal triangle leg. Length of every restricting element equal radius of ball rotary gate to counteract its turn at whatever position of aforesaid elements except for complete closure of through bore in said gate. Valve body is made up of two halves with asymmetric axial joint. One of body halves is provided with channels with balls arranged along axis of through bore. Another body half has slots for balls made on joint surface perpendicular to through bore axis. and in zone wherein channels and slots are aligned body halves have round transition. Manual drive of restricting elements is made up of nut arranged on body half with channels and furnished with limiters of travel extreme positions and equalised by ball pushers.

EFFECT: higher reliability, ease of manufacture.
