SUBSTANCE: right and left ventricular myocytes are analysed for the symptoms of wave deformation, dissociation, contracture damages, and also myocytolysis and granular-clod disintegration of myocytes. If the wave deformation is observed in more than 56.7% of cells, dissociation symptoms - in more than 70.2% of cells, degree 2 and 3 contracture damages of myocytes - in more than 66.8% of cells, a short terminal period is stated. The wave deformation symptoms in more than 22.3-29.7% of cells, the dissociation symptoms - in more than 27.5-39.8% of cells, the granular-clod disintegration symptoms in more than 30.1-38.9% of cells, the cardiomyocytolysis symptoms - in more than 39.3-54.1% of cells enable to state a long terminal period of 1.5-2.0 hours.
EFFECT: method allows higher accuracy of measuring the terminal period duration in acute blood loss.
