The system to forecast and distribute emissions (spills) of emergency chemically hazardous substances comprises an assembly of engineering systems, a unit to collect operation parameters a database of parameter trends, a unit of trend extrapolation, a database of current parameters, a unit to model operation and to detect rated values of parameters, a database of rated parameters, a comparison unit, a threshold device, a unit to model and detect consequences and recommendations of response, a unit to generate and send messages and control commands, a unit to control an engineering system, it additionally comprises a database of a meteorological service, a mobile station - a lidar, a unity of a municipal dispatcher service.
EFFECT: higher reliability of a system and expanded functional capabilities of a system due to remote environmental monitoring of effects from emissions (spills) of emergency chemically hazardous substances at environment.
