FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to universal-purpose shears. Shears comprises first long element with distance cutting end and immediate gripping end and second long element with distance cutting end and immediate gripping end. Shears have hinge joint between said first and second elements. Besides, shears comprises U-like case to define seat with hole on one end and, at least, one blade. Said blade has cutting edge and is fitted inside said case to guide cutting edge inclined to said seat. Said U-like case is divided into two parts comprising additionally at least one fastener of said case configured to coupled said two parts. Besides, said case has compartment to store blades and is located on first loop or second loop[ to direct said seat tangentially to said first or second loop.
EFFECT: fast and efficient cutting.
