FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: substance is transferred from a sample into a solution and voltammetric determination of coenzyme Q10 is carried out using a glass-carbon indicator electrode relative a saturated silver chloride electrode on the background of a 0.025 mol/l phosphate buffer at pH 6.86. Anode peaks are recorded during direct-current form of potential sweep at a rate of 0.04 V/s. Concentration of coenzyme Q10 is determined from the height of the anode peak at potential +0.23 V using a calibration curve method. Detected content of coenzyme Q10 ranges from 1·10-7 mol/l to 1·10-5 mol/l.
EFFECT: invention ensures sensitivity and rapidness of quantitative determination of coenzyme Q10 in powder, medicinal forms and biologically active additives.
