FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to arc protection systems of high-voltage switches and complete distribution cabinets. Microprocessor control system, connected to self-contained microprocessor servo systems, enables to control electric field intensity by means of cells of switchgear cells, when the threshold intensity value is reached, the microprocessor servo system sends a signal to the valve control device and the main microprocessor control system, resulting in arc quenching with the gas-air mixture without disconnection of the current-conducting circuits, and, consequently, thereby solving the task of improving reliability and functionality of arc protection system, as well as stability and continuity of operation of complete distribution devices.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability and functionality of arc protection system, as well as stability and uninterrupted operation of complete distribution devices.
