SUBSTANCE: card module relates to a liquid crystal display (100), which includes a card (140), having a plurality of electronic components, such as stabilising capacitors (150), mounted on a substrate (110) using anisotropic conductive films (ACF), covering not only the region in which discrete electronic components are mounted, but also the top surfaces of the chip (130) and the card, which are mounted first. Using positional restriction for attaching the components to the substrate (110), the area of the region in which discrete electronic components are mounted is reduced.

EFFECT: miniaturisation of the card module.
