FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to devices ensuring milk quality and may be used in dairy production. A filter comprises a body 1 of conical shape with a tangential inlet nozzle 2, at the level of which there is a rotary impeller 3 mounted. In the body 1 there is a plate 4 with ribs, which form guide chambers 5. In the upper part of the body 1 there is a filtering element 6 with a lattice 7 and a nozzle 8 with an outlet nozzle 9. Between the body 1 and the nozzle 8 there is a membrane 11 installed as capable of displacement under milk pressure or a spring 10, and the membrane 11 includes a plunger 12 mounted in it and having output holes 13 and an end part 14, arranged in the form of a cone. To the lower part of the body 1 there is a detachable cylindrical settling tank 15 attached with a valve unit of double action 16 mounted in it and controlled with the help of a rotary lever 17. The cover 18 has a dirt-draining nozzle 19, through which dirt deposits are removed from the settling tank 15 into a collecting reservoir or sewage as the rotary lever 17 is installed into a horizontal position. As the lever 17 returns into the initial position, the spring 20 raises the valve unit 16 into an upper position, providing for repeated accumulation of dirt in the settling tank 15.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase efficiency of milk treatment process, to preserve high-quality parameters of milk, to reduce labour inputs.
