FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to means for determination of concentration-dependent quantity of fluorescent contrasting agent applied for object, in particular, turbid medium. Device for determination of concentration-dependent quantity of fluorescent contrasting agent includes source of electromagnetic radiation for illumination of object at exciting wavelength, at least, one first measuring converter for detection of fluorescent magnetic radiation, emitted by contrasting agent at fluorescence wavelength, at least, one second measuring converter for detection of electromagnetic radiation transmitted by object at exciting wavelength, and evaluation means, made with possibili8ty of receiving data about intensity and fluorescence and determining contrasting agent from ratio of data of fluorescence intensity and data of transmission intensity. Optic system of object reflection realises monitoring of radiation and includes device for determination of its control. In work of device for determination used is software for determination of concentration-dependent quantity of fluorescent contrasting agent on computer-readable carrier.

EFFECT: application of invention makes it possible to increase accuracy of measurement due to taking into account characteristics of transmission when unprocessed data or signals are used.
