FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to concentration of zeolite-containing stock to produce aluminium and amorphous silica. Proposed method comprises grinding the stock, sizing it, desliming, electromagnetic separation, electrostatic separation, ultrasound processing at 20-22 kHz, electromagnetic separation in isodynamic filed, electrolysing heating at 80-100°C in the presence of salicylic acid with concentration of (0.2-0.4)-10-3 kg/m3, and electrostatic separation at field intensity of (2.7-4.0)-10-5 V/m. Note here that slimes with grain size under 0.05 mm are combined after desliming with levigation product after ultrasound processing and nonconducting fraction of electromagnetic separation. Produced mix is subjected to dealuminising by 20-25%-solution of sulfuric acid at 70-75°C to extract amorphous silica and aluminium.
EFFECT: higher yield and efficiency.
