FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method includes the stage of continuously injecting gypsum pulp into the space between a pair of the upper and the lower sheets of construction paper while simultaneously feeding a pair of the upper and the lower sheets of construction paper to obtain a multilayer material and ensuring the passage of the multilayer material between the pair of the upper and the lower moulding plates for obtaining a moulded object, the thickness of which depends on the gap between the plates. Wherein as at least one of a pair of upper and lower moulding plates, a moulding plate is used, comprising: a main plate body made of an electrically conductive material; and an embedded electrode embedded in the main plate body. Wherein the embedded electrode is electrically insulated from the main plate body by an insulator and is embedded so that its portion extends to the surface of the main plate body, in contact with the sheet of construction paper. Wherein an electric circuit is formed by electrically connecting the main plate body and the embedded electrode embedded in the main plate body, and voltage is supplied into this circuit. When cutting a construction paper sheet bringing the main plate body and the embedded electrode into contact with the gypsum pulp, and when electric current appears in the electrical circuit, the gap between the pair of the upper and the lower moulding plates is expanded to eliminate the cause of conduction. After that, the gap between the pair of the upper and the lower moulding plates is restored to the original gap size.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of continuous production of gypsum slabs without stopping the production process, reducing the manufacturing of a significant number of defective products.
