SUBSTANCE: proposed mixer includes mixing and agitating pin-type mechanism 10 excluding adhesion of pulp on pin or teeth forming part of revolving disk having body 20 to which powder-like material and water are fed and revolving disk 32; peripheral edge of revolving disk has round profile concentric to circle of inner peripheral surface 25 of circular outer peripheral wall 23. Lower pin 50 has rear convex part 73 extending backward relative to direction of rotation (R ) and lower pin 60 has front convex part 72' which extends forward relative to direction of rotation (R ). Revolving disk has no toothed parts in zone of peripheral edge and no pulp adheres to peripheral zone of revolving disk; availability of convex rear and front parts before front and rear walls of lower and upper pins excludes forming of retarding areas which are likely to give rise to vortex or turbulence, thus excluding adhesion of pulp on lower and upper pins.
