FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: device relates to traffic control at crossing of railway and automotive transport facilities and may be used to warn automotive transport facility about approach of railway vehicle. Proposed device comprises crossing traffic lights connected to light inputs, track circuit of crossing approach section equipped with feed and relay ends hardware. Said feed end hardware comprises AC source with one of its outputs connected to one of rails of track circuit feed end. Besides, this hardware comprises current transducer, rectifier, threshold amplifier and safe dynamic element. Relay end hardware comprises additionally power supply, voltage accumulator, pulse generator and switch with its control input connected to pulse generator output with its feed inputs connected to voltage accumulator outs with its inputs connected top ower supply outputs, Switch power terminals are connected top ower supply inputs and to rails of track circuit relay end while another rail of feed end is connected via current transducer primary circuit with AC source second output. Current transducer secondary circuit is connected to rectifier input with rectifier output connected to input of threshold amplifier with its output connected to input of safe dynamic element with its output connected to control input of crossing light control circuit.
