SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a means of traffic safety at the intersection of rail and road transport. The system contains a control circuit for crossing traffic lights, the output of which is connected to the inputs of crossing traffic lights, a rail circuit of the approach section to the crossing, which has rail lines bounded by insulating joints, and equipment for the supply and relay ends. The equipment of the supply end of the rail circuit includes an AC source connected to one of the rails of the supply end of the rail circuit, and the other rail of the supply end of the rail circuit through the primary circuit of the current sensor and the current level limiter is connected to the AC source, a current phase detector connected to a current sensor and to the AC source of the supply end of the rail circuit, at least one controller, a current amplitude detector connected to the current sensor. The equipment of the relay end of the rail circuit includes a power supply, an energy storage device, a voltage stabilizer, a pulse generator and a switch connected to a pulse generator connected to a voltage stabilizer connected to an energy storage device connected to a power source. The power electrodes of the key are connected to the power supply and to the rails of the relay end of the rail circuit. The current amplitude detector is connected to a controller connected to the crossing traffic light control circuit.

EFFECT: increased length of the section approaching the crossing is achieved.
