FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of the surface of steel products, chemical deposition of coating, washing in running water of the products, processing by aluminium-chromium-phosphate binder and heat treatment. Chemical deposition of coating is carried out from a solution containing the components in the following ratio, g/l: nickel chloride 20 - 22, sodium acetic acid 10 - 15, sodium hypophosphite 21 - 25, thiourea 0.002, herein, after 2-3 min after the onset of chemical deposition of the coating 5 - 6 g/l of molybdenum disulfide was additionally injected to the solution. After chemical deposition of the coating the products are heat-treated at 200-210°C for 10-15 min, following which the product is treated with an aluminium-chromium-phosphate binder and the product is subsequently heat-treated at a temperature of 400-410°C for 40-45 min.
EFFECT: invention can significantly reduce friction and increase corrosion resistance of the coating.
