SUBSTANCE: method for initial combination and subsequent connection of two or more concrete modular elements to each other to ensure the possibility to create a basic house element from thus combined modular elements as suitable for a basement. Each of these modular elements comprises a foundation board, multiple wall parts matched with a foundation board, and resistant to exposure to liquid layers. The first modular element with one open wall part is placed on a base prepared within a construction site, and the second modular element with one open wall part is placed on the specified base prepared within a construction site so that the open wall part that belongs to the first modular element is connected with the open wall part that belongs to the second modular element. The layer resistant to exposure to fluids must make it possible to ensure full or partial coverage of a foundation board and lower wall sections that belong to a wall part that is closest to the foundation board, that the foundation board of one modular element and the foundation board of the second modular element are aligned to form a free space limited with opposite edge surfaces of foundation boards, that the foundation board of one modular element is connected with the help of facilities of traction forces absorption with the foundation board of the second modular element above the specified free space, at the same time the free space is filled with a viscous concrete material or similar. Also a basic house element is described.

EFFECT: invention provides for prevention of moisture penetration during combination of modular elements.
