SUBSTANCE: contact unit contains a main moving contact, a quick-disconnect arcing contact (fixed in the main moving contact grooves so that to exclude displacement relative to the main moving contact), an axially rotating roller fixed on a lever affected by the opening spring and the arcing contact contacting pressure spring interacting with the main contact via a rod. Axially rotating round the roller is the main moving contact consisting of a copper bus, a silver contact brazing and a detachable horn which ensures successive rupture of the main and the arcing contacts and the silver edging protection against arc erosion without usage of additional components for the arcing contact rotation round the silver edging.

EFFECT: increased response speed and simplified design due to reduction of the circuit-breaker moving parts weight.
