FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to methods of proliferative activity of skin in case of wound defects of soft tissues, and can be used in treatment of patients of orthopedic and trauma profile. Estimation of state of skin capillary blood flow is performed. State of blood flow in zone of wound surface and on its boundary is determined. Index of blood flow difference, relative units, is calculated by ratio of obtained blood flow parameters on wound boundary and immediately in its zone. If values are lower than 1.0, slowing down of proliferative activity, 1.0-3.0 moderate proliferative activity, and higher than 3.0 expressed proliferative activity of wound process course is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce invasiveness and increase accuracy of diagnostics of degree of wound process proliferative activity.
