SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical-pharmaceutical industry and deals with preparation for wet wound healing and prevention of bandage adhesion to wound, containing pharmacologically acceptable chitosan-glucan complex or its salt, in combination with one or more other polysaccharide or their respective salts, and antiseptic, with chitosan-glucan complex possessing viscosity 2.5 Pa·s-30 Pa·s with solution concentration 2.5% at 25 єC and angular rate of rotation 0.0314 rad/sec, and concentration of glucosamine within from 0.05 (n/n) to 20 (n/n). Preparation contains from 0.01 to 100% by weight of chitosan-glucan complex, from 0 to 99% by weight of another polysaccharide and from 0 to 50% by weight of antiseptic.

EFFECT: according to the invention, in application, preparation indirectly supports process of wound healing and drains excessive secretion together with tissue mediators and enzymes which support healing, thus ensuring necessary hydration of wound and tissues that surround it without softening surrounding skin or drying and adhesion to wound; addition of antiseptic prevents further infection.
