FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: system for regulating ambient environment indoors has a structural element of the inner surface of the facility made from material which contains a substance which emits in the far infrared region, which emits and absorbs beams in the far infrared region and has emissivity in the far infrared region equal to or higher than 0.6, and a cooling and/or heat source, having a cooling and/or heating surface made from material which contains the same substance which emits in the far infrared region as that of the structural element of the inner surface of the facility, in which when the cooling surface of the cooling source, the substance of the cooling surface which emits in the far infrared region absorbs beams in the far infrared region emitted by the substance which emits in the far infrared region, the structural element of the inner surface of the facility and/or when the heating surface of the heat source is heated, beams in the far infrared region emitted by the substance of the heating surface which emits in the far infrared region are absorbed by the substance which emits in the far infrared region of the structural element of the inner surface of the facility.

EFFECT: regulation of the ambient environment indoors with high energy-efficiency, avoiding contact of air with human skin.
