SUBSTANCE: genome DNA is recovered from patient's peripheral venous blood to detect polymorphism genotypes of rs2266782 type 3 flavin-containing monooxygenase gene, rsl056836 cytochrome P-450 1B1 gene and rsl799930 type 2 N-acetyltransferase gene. Alcohol consumption, smoking or hazardous chemical contact are stated. Then each factor is properly evaluated, and a logistic regression equation with regression coefficients calculated for each factor to determine a base logarithm of the relation of possibility of the onset of hypertension in a patient. It is followed by calculating a probability of grouping the patient as a low-risk 1 to 10%, moderate-risk 11 to 19%, or high-risk 20% and more hypertension cases.
EFFECT: higher prediction accuracy in the onset of hypertension in males by the combined evaluation of the complex of genetic and environmental risk factors of the disease and the use of the method of logistic regression analysis.
