SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, to clinical laboratory diagnostics; it can be used in the medical examination of miners. At the beginning, anamnestic data is collected from an underground miner with the establishment of age and work experience in the main profession, the severity of symptoms of psycho-vegetative syndrome is assessed according to a psychological questionnaire. Next, the level of uric acid in the blood is determined. At the same time, daily monitoring of blood pressure is carried out, and the average pulse blood pressure (BP) is determined. After that, the predicted risk of hypertension is calculated.

EFFECT: method provides accessibility, increase in the accuracy of predicting the risk of hypertension in underground miners due to the use of a quantitative prediction criterion based on the results of laboratory blood tests, daily monitoring of blood pressure, anamnestic data and the results of psychological questionnaires.
