FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: applying the device for detecting foetomaternal haemorrhagy or mosaics, for finding a low-concentrated analyte on cells, for evaluating hematocrit and/or for finding simultaneously the cell-bound analytes in mixed liquid sample reaction enabled with using the device. The device comprises at least one charge zone (5) used to apply a liquid sample; a porous membrane (2) through which cell components can penetrate and which has at least one indicator zone reacting with cell-bound analytes and containing at least one binding element able to bind the cell-bound analytes; and at least one absorbing zone (3) on a membrane which absorbs the fluid passed through the indicator zones with at least one indicator zone being placed between the charge zone (5) and the absorbing zone (3).
EFFECT: using the device enables fast and high-sensitive detection.
