FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction industry and can be used for trenchless replacement of pipelines. Device consists of parts of pipe destructing working element, in which shaped slot is made. Shaped slots are aligned with each other. Support roller is installed in front of the disk knives. At the same time longitudinal axes of disc knives are perpendicular to longitudinal axes of support rollers. Disc knives and support rollers are located in forks with external thread, and forks are located in cups with internal thread. Each cup is made integral with conical gear shaft. Between the conical gear shafts there is an intermediate conical gear shaft. Longitudinal axis of the intermediate conical gear shaft is perpendicular to the longitudinal axes of the conical gear shafts. Conical drive gear shaft is installed inside shaped slots. Reamer for increasing the well diameter includes a detachable base, inside which there is an additional shaped slot. Additional shaped slots are aligned with each other. Inside the base there are additional conical gear shafts made integral with additional cups with internal thread. In additional cups with internal thread it is located along the post, made integral with additional shafts with external thread. Each of the posts is connected to a part of the truncated cone. Between the additional conical gear shafts there is an additional intermediate conical gear shaft. Longitudinal axis of additional intermediate conical gear shaft is perpendicular to longitudinal axes of additional conical gear shafts. Additional drive conical gear shaft is installed inside additional shaped slots. Longitudinal axis of additional drive conical gear shaft is coaxial to longitudinal axis of additional intermediate conical gear shaft.
EFFECT: device will make it possible to increase efficiency of the adjustment process due to synchronous adjustment of the position of knives and diameter of the expander.
