SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for trenchless replacement of underground pipelines. The device comprises a cylindrical pipe-destroying working body with a disk knife and a support roller installed opposite each other in forks located in shaped grooves, an expander to increase the diameter of the well, and a traction element. Worm racks made integral with the forks are symmetrically located in the figured grooves. Each rack is associated with a worm shaft installed in a shaped groove with the possibility of free rotation. At the end of the worm shaft there is a key groove for adjusting the height of the worm rack with the fork and a lock is installed to fix its rotation. The expander is made in the form of detachably connected front and rear housings mounted on the shaft, and at least three petals, each of which is connected to a gear rack to allow diameter adjustment. The racks are located inside the front housing. A spiral disc and bevel gear are installed inside the rear housing. The rear surface of the spiral disk has conical teeth. The bevel gear is mated to the rear surface of the spiral disk. The gear racks are connected to the front surface of the housing. The bevel gear has a key recess for adjusting the height of the racks with petals and changing the diameter. On the outer surface of the petals there are holes for fastening with a new pipeline.

EFFECT: ability to simultaneously destroy old pipelines and pull through new pipelines of different diameters with greater reliability.
