FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to construction manufacturing and may be used for trenchless replacement of pipelines in case of underground engineering communications repair and reconstruction. Device contains pipe-destroying actuator with disk knife and support roller, expander to increase well diametre and traction element. Pipe-destroying actuator is arranged as conical, in which two figured slots are arranged parallel to its generatrix for the whole length of pipe-destroying actuator and symmetrically to each other. In every slot along its whole length there is bolt installed with fork arranged on it. On axis of one of forks there is disk knife installed, and support roller is arranged on axis of another fork. Bolts on both ends are installed in bushes arranged in slots. On bolt ends opposite to their ends with heads on axis of bolt symmetry and perpendicular to it there are through holes arranged, and pin is installed in every of them.

EFFECT: device makes it possible to destroy old pipelines of different diametres.
