FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: device is designed for trenchless replacement of pipelines at repair and reconstruction of underground engineering services. The device contains a pipe breaking working tool with a cutting element made in form of a freely rotating disk knife, of a track roller, of opener increasing diameter of bore and of a traction unit. An additional track roller is installed in the pipe breaking working tool behind the track roller. A fork with a disk knife on its axle is located between the track rollers equidistantly from them; the fork interacts with a cam set on a bolt and performing fixed rotation. On ends of the pipe breaking working tool, symmetrically towards each other there are made two radial shaped slots located in one plane of lengthwise section with the disk knife, track rollers and the cam. Upper and lower set screws fix radial travels of hooks installed in shaped slots. The screws are positioned in an upper and lower bushes made with internal thread and arranged at ends of the shaped slots.

EFFECT: facilitation of breaking old pipelines of various diameters.
