SUBSTANCE: clock mechanism has a housing, a power source, a gear wheel driven by the power source, a tourbillon carriage mounted with possibility of rotating in the housing around a first axis and driven by said gear transmission mechanism, a balance which vibrates on the carriage on bearings, as well as a satellite mechanism having a fixed wheel and a control element which interacts with the balance and the fixed wheel for supporting the balance. According to the invention, the bearings in the mechanism are arranged such that the balance vibrates about a second axis which is inclined relative the first.
EFFECT: design of a clock mechanism with a tourbillon, having a fixed satellite wheel in which the rotational speed of the carriage is reduced.
