FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: experimental animal is presented by a pre-aspleenated Wistar rat. Then 60 minutes later, subcutaneous xenotransplantation of adenocarcinoma cell culture is applied. The suspension 1 ml containing 4x108 cells of the day human colon adenocarcinoma culture is introduced in the thickness of subcutaneous fat with the introduced cell suspension distributed in 3 introduction points.

EFFECT: method provides complete engraftment of the transplanted cells ensured by creating the conditions to overcome a tissue incompatibility barrier, standartising the obtained results in studying of the immunological mechanisms of antiblastic body characteristics and selection of new therapeutic preparations and a therapeutic approach to colon adenocarcinoma.
