SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to experimental oncology, and can be used for modifying the development of adenocarcinoma experimentally. Method involves ligature of sciatic nerves in males of white outbred rats aged 3.5-4.0 months. 45 days later, 0.5 ml of suspension of epithelial tumor cell suspension of Guerin adenocarcinoma strain in physiological saline in dilution 1:5 is transferred into subcutaneous tissue of back.
EFFECT: using the invention enables considerably increasing the volume of neoplasma by modifying the malignant growth of the experimental tumor of epithelial nature.
