FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oncology, namely to experimental oncology, and can be used to create an orthotopic model of endometrial cancer in female white outbred rats. Female rats into the lumen of the right uterine horn using an intravenous catheter with injection port 22G 0.9×25 mm, 0.5 ml of a tumour suspension of Guerin's carcinoma containing 2.5–3.5×106 cells.
EFFECT: invention enables to reproduce a model of endometrial cancer in an experiment by orthotopic transplantation of Guerin's carcinoma, which will allow studying the pathogenesis of the malignant process and the effect of any comorbid pathology on it, as well as searching for targets for targeted therapy.
