FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: introduced into the subnanosecond pulse generator containing a negative power supply voltage source, a switch, a signal-shaping circuit composed of two capacitive inductances, a diode with sharp recovery of reverse resistance, a load and a communications circuit is an additional source of positive power supply voltage connected to the second output of the first capacitive inductance via a newly introduced circuit composed of a Schottky diode and a resistor, connected in parallel. The cathode of the said diode with sharp recovery of high reverse resistance is connected to the first output of the said first capacitive inductance; the switch is meant to be a bipolar or field transistor with inductive capacitance represented by a capacitor.
EFFECT: increase of the limit frequency of repetition of pulses generated by the device due to reduction of transient processes duration within the generator signal-shaping circuit.
