FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of current pulse shaping equipment, in particular to devices for supply of pumping sources of pulsed solid-state lasers with the storage capacitor discharge. Pulse laser pumping source is made in the form of a closed circuit consisting of series-connected storage capacitor, throttle, pumping radiation source, a transistor switch with a control circuit and a current sensor, as well as a damping diode, together with a throttle and a pumping radiation source, which, when the switch is open, forms a second supply circuit of the pumping radiation source. At that, the device additionally contains the second current sensor, connected in series to the first current sensor, which by its second output is connected to the key connected to the storage capacitor low-voltage output, and the second output of the second current sensor is connected to the pumping radiation source. In addition, the connection point of the current sensors is connected to the zero bus and is connected to the output of the damping diode, the second output of the latter is connected to the connection point of the high-voltage output of the storage capacitor with the throttle. Device also includes a reference level setting device, a current rise control circuit connected to the output of the first current sensor, and a current decay control circuit connected to the output of the second current sensor. Outputs of the rise and fall control circuits are connected to the inputs of the control circuit, and the inputs of the rise and fall circuits are connected to the outputs of the reference level selector.
EFFECT: high reliability and efficiency of pumping, as well as reduced weight and dimensions of the current pulse generator.
