FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to biotechnology. One prepares a protein-containing raw material. One adds a hydrochloric acid solution. One performs hydrolysis at a temperature of 115-120°C during 4-6 hours (while continuously stirring) under a 1.5 atm pressure in the reactor. Fatty acids are filtered and adsorbed using activated carbon during 1 hour at a temperature of 60-70°C while continuously stirred. One performs passing through a gravity filter. Purified hydrolysate is condensed and dried to produce powder.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce a highly purified mixture of amino acids of food and processing industry production wastes and to enhance the end product yield.
