FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and can be used for dissection of bone and other tissue. Surgical instrument contains rotating shaft, connected with instrument of dissection and case element with base, made as a single entity. Chamber of rotor case is limited by base. Rotating shaft is located in chamber of rotor case. Case of first bearing is limited by base and is located adjacently to chamber of rotor case and places inside first bearing interacting with rotating shaft. Case of second bearing is limited by base is located on the side of rotor case chamber opposite to case of first bearing and places inside second bearing interacting with rotating shaft. Canal is limited by base and its action is aimed at direction of compressed air through base into rotor case chamber for rotation of rotating shaft.
EFFECT: drive mechanism for surgical instrument has improved construction.
