SUBSTANCE: manual pumping system comprises a pumping section comprising a first channel including two compressible channels, each of which is adapted to create a separate fluid flow; and a flow hole in the fluid statement with the two compressible channels. The head section comprises a housing and a rotor having a spiral prominence. The spiral prominence includes a first spot, the radius of which increases along the first dimension of the rotor in the direction of flow of the fluid, this radius increases from the first end of the rotor to a maximum value; and a second spot with a constant radius along the second rotor size. The spiral prominence is adapted to compress the compressible channels in a peristaltic mode for capturing and moving the fluid along the channels. The gutter is made in the housing and includes a transverse part. The flow hole is located in the gutter and is fixed in the transverse part of the gutter by turning the pumping section relative to the head section. A method for pumping a fluid and a constructional version of a manual pumping system are disclosed.
