FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy and may be used for production of gas turbine engine parts operated at heavy loads. Proposed method comprises hot isostatic moulding, quenching and aging. Hot isostatic molding and quenching are carried out for 2-8 h at temperature 2-20°C higher than Solvus temperature, cooling rate in quenching of over 20°C/min. Aging is performed in two stages at 850-890°C and 740-780°C.
EFFECT: longer life and reliability of articles.
