FIELD: powder metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to production of gas turbine engine parts from heat-resistant nickel alloys. It can be used for production of heavy-duty parts of gas turbine engines operating at high temperatures. Powder mixture containing from 99.85 to 99.95 wt.% of granules of heat-resistant nickel alloy and from 0.05 to 0.15 wt.% of a nanosized disperse hardener with fraction of 1-1000 nm, selected from a group comprising aluminium nitride, boron nitride, titanium nitride, magnesium nitride and zirconium nitride. Thereafter, the powder mixture is filled into a moulding capsule and sealed. Then, hot isostatic pressing is carried out to obtain a workpiece and its thermal treatment.

EFFECT: stabilization of material and increase of long-term strength with preservation of high level of short-term mechanical properties of articles.
