FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, particularly, to powder metallurgy of refractory nickel-base alloys intended for heavy loaded parts operating at increased temperatures in gas turbine engines. A method of obtaining a product out of heat-resistant nickel alloys of type "ВВ751П", including hot isostatic pressing and heat treatment with quenching and ageing. Hot isostatic pressing and quenching are carried out for 2-6 hours at a temperature of 5-20 °C above the solvus temperature, cooling rate during quenching is maintained above 25 °C/min and ageing is carried out in two stages at temperatures of 780-800 °C and 700 - 720 °C.
EFFECT: high strength and heat resistance characteristics under operating temperatures, and increased service life and reliability of parts operating under conditions of heavy loading.
