SUBSTANCE: method for producing insulin analogues of their precursors provides a one-stage enzymatic reaction including the combinatory and concurrent use of the optimum amounts of trypsin and carboxypeptidase B which are associated and inducing a reaction in a controlled manner to avoid producing accidental undesired by-products.
EFFECT: invention allows reducing a number of operating stages and producing higher-yield and purity insulin analogues.
