FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: flameless combustion heater includes oxidation pipelines and fuel pipeline having multiple holes which provide the interconnection as to fluid medium from inner part of fuel pipeline to oxidation pipeline; at that, longitudinal axis at least of one hole forms an inclined angle with internal surface of oxidation pipelines. Longitudinal axis at least of one hole forms sharp angle with internal surface of oxidation pipeline when the measurement is made from the end of fuel pipeline inlet. Longitudinal axis at least of one hole forms blunt angle with internal surface of oxidation pipeline when the measurement is made from the end of fuel pipeline inlet. Distance between longitudinal axis of hole and longitudinal axis of fuel pipeline is more than one fourth of inner radius of fuel pipeline. At least one hole has round cross section. In addition, heater includes process pipeline which has heat exchange interconnection with oxidation pipeline. Pre-heater has the possibility of oxidiser preheating to the temperature at which mixture temperature, when oxidiser and fuel is mixed in oxidation pipeline, exceeds self-ignition temperature of that mixture.
EFFECT: invention allows preventing deformation of fuel and air pipelines and provides uniform material heating.
