FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, namely to selection and seed growing of sugar beet. The method includes the cultivation of parental forms of hybrids, at the stage of cultivation of mother roots they are subjected to pre-sowing soaking in a solution of Humate +7, the concentration of the solution is 0.06-0.07%. The soaking is carried out for 10-15 hours followed by treatment of crops. The treatment is carried out at the stage of leaves closure with the Humate +7 solution, with the solution concentration of 0.01-0.02%.
EFFECT: use of the claimed method enables to reduce significantly the costs for processing of seeds and crops in the production of factory sugar beet and maintaining high productive qualities of seeds.
